Shipping policy
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate $15.
Shipping for all the sample packs in Masterclasses are included in the advertised price.
Complementary FREE SHIPPING offered for orders over $315 (AUD).
Shipping only applicable to Australia.
No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers are accepted.
Shipping Costs
Mr and Mrs Rum delivers to almost everywhere in Australia, with the exception of some parts of the Northern Territory. Shipping outside of Australia is not available for now.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Tracking information is sent via email.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or DHL, Mr and Mrs Rum will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Mr and Mrs Rum prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions please email us at info@mrandmrsrum.com
Mr and Mrs Rum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mrandmrsrum.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be either refunded on your original payment method or given a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
